This policy explains what information we collect through www.tahoemountainretreat.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. "We" means David & Prem Andrzejek, owners and hosts of Tahoe Mountain Retreat.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and your booking, and only as needed: payment processing, electronic signing of the rental agreement, our reservation calendar (which keeps our other booking calendars in sync), website hosting, email delivery, spam protection, and data storage. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment processor and spam protection may use cookies or similar technology to prevent fraud when you pay or send a message. Hosts who sign in to manage bookings stay signed in using their browser's storage.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records and signed agreements for as long as needed for the booking and for tax and legal records, generally up to seven years. Messages that don't lead to a booking are kept for up to two years.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except where we must keep records, such as for taxes). Email stay@tahoemountainretreat.com.

Security

We use established providers and secure (HTTPS) connections, and we limit who can access booking information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

The site is not intended for children, and bookings must be made by adults aged 25 or older.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
